Standard check-in begins between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM. All registered guests must present:
- Official Photo ID: Passport, national identity card, or driver's license matching the reservation name.
- Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age (21+ where local regulations apply).
- Payment Card: A valid credit or debit card for the room deposit and incidental guarantee.
Hotel Check-out Policy
Standard check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on resort policy.
